COMMISSIONS

I paint custom pet portraits, house/building paintings, and beach paintings for clients' homes. House/building paintings are all done in watercolor on paper, and pet portraits are done in oil paint on canvas or colored pencil on paper. Beach paintings are done in oil paint on canvas.

Commissions are unframed. Sizes range from 8"x8" to 24"x36". Prices start at $60 for watercolor paintings and $150 for oil paintings, though prices increase based on size and subject matter. Artworks are based on the photos provided by the client. The price will increase based on the amount of reference photos I am working from.

​Payments are accepted via PayPal, and a nonrefundable fee amounting to 50% of the total price is required to be paid upfront. The remaining 50% will be paid once the client sees the finished artwork.
